Moving Picture collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, plan filming, make the agreed family film and deliver it to the client.

What is collected

This may include contact details, booking information, filming arrangements and the family stories or background you choose to share in a private film-planning form.

Why it is collected

The information is used to communicate with you, prepare appropriate interview questions, plan a safe and practical filming day, produce the film you commissioned and keep an appropriate business record of the project.

Information about another person

A booking contact may provide information about the person being filmed. Please share only what is reasonably needed to plan the film and, where appropriate, let that person know you have provided it. Moving Picture may check sensitive information directly with them before filming.

Who can access it

Information is accessible to Matt at Moving Picture and to service providers used to securely operate the website, store project material or deliver the agreed service. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Your choices and rights

Most planning questions are optional. Leaving one unanswered may mean Matt needs to check the detail with you another way. You can ask to see or correct personal information Moving Picture holds about you.
